Ingredients:
2 oz. Pisco
5-6 oz. Orange Juice
1/2 oz. Grenadine syrup
1/2 oz. Mint Cream (or blue Curacao)
8-10 Ice cubs
Preparation:
First of all:
Mix in a glass all the mint (or curacao) with 1 ounce of the pisco.
Then directly in the glass:
- Put the ice in the glass
- Orange Juice
- Grenadine syrup (a thread through the middle)
- Mint Cream (or blue Curacao) mixed with pisco
- 1 oz. of Pisco left
Presentation and Decoration:
Glass:
- Parfait Glass
- Star Fruit (carambola) with a red cherry on glass border
