Ingredients:
1 oz. Pisco
1 1/2 oz. Morello (Guinda) cream
1/2 oz. Glucose syrup
1 dash Angostura syrup
1 dash Lemon juice
6 Ice cubs
Fill un with Ginger Ale
Preparation:
- Directly in the Glass
- Put the ice in the glass
- Put the ingredients (in order) with the ouncer so you can see 2 colors
- At the end fill up with Ginger Ale
Presentation and Decoration:
Glass: HighBall
- Lemon slice on glass border
- 1/2 Orange slice inside the glass
