Ingredients:
1(1/2) oz. Pisco
3 oz. Maracuya Juice
3/4 oz. Glucose (sugar) syrup
1/2 White (albumen) of the egg
4 to 6 Ice cubs
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients (in order) into the cocktail shaker
- Shake for 10 to 12 seconds
- Fill half of the glass with crushed ice
- Pour content into the glass
Presentation and Decoration:
Glass: White Wine (6 oz.)
- Star Fruit slice on glass border
- Green Cherry (or red) on glass border
This is a great drink; but beware, it's not alcohol-free, so enjoy it with moderation!
