White Lady (with milk) - Recipe and Photograph

Ingredients:

3/4    oz.    Triple Sec or Cointreau

1(1/2) oz.    Gin

1/4    oz.    Glucose (sugar) syrup

1(1/4) oz.    evaporated milk

4 to 6        Ice cubs

Preparation:

- Pour the ingredients (in order) into the cocktail shaker

- Shake for 13 to 15 seconds

Presentation and Decoration:

Glass: Martini glass

- Cherry on glass border
