Ingredients:
1(1/2) oz. Pisco
1(1/4) oz. Amaretto
1/2 oz. Glucose (sugar) syrup
1 white (albumen) of the egg
4 to 6 Ice cubs
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients (in order) into the cocktail shaker
- Shake for 13 to 15 seconds
Presentation and Decoration:
Glass: White Wine (6 oz.)
