Ingredients:
2 oz. White (Light) Rum
4 to 6 oz. Pineapple Juice (blended)
1(1/2) oz. Coconut Cream
1/4 oz. Evaporated Milk
1/4 oz. Glucose (sugar) syrup
6 to 8 Ice cubs
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients (in order) into the cocktail shaker
- Shake for 13 to 15 seconds
- Fill 1/3 of the glass with crushed ice
- Pour content into the glass
Presentation and Decoration:
Glass: Parfait Cup (12 oz.)
- Pineapple slice on glass border with a red cherry (see the photo)
