2 oz. White (Light) Rum
1(3/4) oz. Glucose (sugar) syrup
1 oz. Lemon Juice
10 to 12 Ice cubs
VARIATIONS:
Strawberry frozen daiquiri
2 oz. White (Light) Rum
1(3/4) oz. Glucose (sugar) syrup
(1/2) oz. Lemon Juice
4 to 5 Strawberries
10 to 12 Ice cubs
Peach frozen daiquiri
2 oz. White (Light) Rum
1(3/4) oz. Glucose (sugar) syrup
1 oz. Lemon Juice
3 to 4 Peach halves
10 to 12 Ice cubs
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients (in order) into the blender
- Blend until snow point. Short blends at first until all ice is crushed, then blend steady until snow point.
- Pour content into the glass
Presentation and Decoration:
Glass: Cocktail cup (12 oz.)
- Serve with a straw
