Ingredients:
2 oz. White (Light) Rum
1 oz. Dark Rum
(1/2) oz. Morello Cherry cream
(1/4) oz. Amaretto
(1/2) oz. Lemon Juice
3 to 4 oz. Pineapple Juice (blended)
(1/4) oz. Glucose (sugar) syrup
(1/2) oz. Grenadine syrup
4 to 6 Ice cubs
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients (in order) into the cocktail shaker
- Shake for 13 to 15 seconds
- Fill 3/4 of the glass with crushed ice
- Pour content into the glass
Presentation and Decoration:
Glass: Old Fashioned (10 oz.) or Cognac Cup (8 - 12 oz.)
- Orange slice on glass border
- Pineapple slice on glass border
- Two straws
